There are lots of public footpaths around the pub.  You can take a short stroll through the fields, or set off on a good trek to the next village.  Whatever youre planning, were happy to help you plot your route.

Waddesdon Manor
A slice of the Loire in rural Buckinghamshire, this stunning and eccentric house was built by Baron Ferdinand de Rothschild in the nineteenth century, and is just a few minutes drive from the Hundred.  Theres lots to explore in both the House and the Gardens, and a number of events run throughout the year.

Blenheim Palace
Home to the 12th Duke of Marlborough, the birthplace of Winston Churchill, a World Heritage Site, and one of Britains greatest palaces, Blenheim Palace is just 40 minutes away.  And for horse-lovers, it also plays host to the Blenheim International Horse Trials every year.

From the Ashmolean Museum, to the Gleaming Spires of the Colleges, and the Covered Market, Oxford has plenty to keep your day out very busy.
